Giambattista Zelotti (Verona, 1526 - Mantova, 1578)
Centre of the “Allegory of the Air”, one of the “grotesques” adorning the walls of a lateral vestibule, on the “Piano Nobile” or first floor living area of the Palladian Villa, in this case in the central wing of “Villa Emo”. The cycle of frescoes, completely covering the walls of the palladian house, was made in 1565.
